PIppa and Julie Disney Moana Dress - Measures about 13.5 inches across the front of the chest (armpit to armpit) and about 27 inches long from shoulder to hem. Turquoise piping trim around the arm openings and neckline, braided trim across the front of the waist, buttons in back, attached underskirt with tulle at the hem for extra flounce.
