Payment:

Immediate payment required for buy it now listings.  For auction style listings, payment is due within 3 days of the end of the auction. 
If more time is needed for payment, you must contact us. 
Customer Service is our #1 Priority. 
If by some chance you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can come to a resolution.  
WD Quality believes in HONESTY & INTEGRITY.  30 day return policy. We are registered with the ebay returns program.

All of our items that we sell are 100% Authentic. 
Merchandise purchased from reputable licensed retailers / suppliers.  All receipts are kept.

Return Policy:

30 day return policy. Item must be returned in the same condition as sent (original tags still attached / shoes in box, etc).  
If the reason for return is our fault, we will pay for the return shipping. Please ship back via United States Postal Service. 
Once item is received in same condition as sent, original price will be refunded back to original form of payment, 
(original shipping cost not included unless return is due to fault of seller). Let me know if you have any questions.
