Lovely Antique Evening bag with an Intricately Detailed 833 Silver Frame and Chain depicting Graceful Birds. The makers mark is that of Dutch Silversmiths  Moerkerk en Co. Early 20th century.  There are also Cartouche marks on the frame.

The Size is 6 inches width and height.
