Orders below £20 will be sent free of charge by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Although this may be a "next-day service", Royal Mail states that your item is not considered lost until 10 working days after the due date. Returns In the event you are unhappy with your item, you are welcome to return it within 30 working days. If the reason for return is your choice, please open a return case in your order details and follow the instructions on eBay. If the reason for return is due to a fault in any way (picking mistake, wrong part in packet, faulty etc.) then please send us a message to see how we can rectify this for you. Return postage where KWFM is not at fault will be paid for by the customer. Where KWFM is at fault, return postage costs will be covered by ourselves. |
