All pods are shipped in a box with cold/heat packs to ensure alive arrival. In colder temperatures, the copepods go into a hibernation state. Please adjust them to room temperature before adding to you tank.

If your copepods appear to be dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us and provide a photo AND video of the pods, along with original packaging (bottle and shipping container) WITHIN 4 HOURS of delivery.
