Shipping:
Our shipping days are Monday – Friday. We do our best to get all
shipments out same day, if purchased before noon. If not, packages will
ship next business day. We only ship to the verified address in which payment
was made. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. If you wish to
have your item shipped to a different address you will need to first change
your address in PayPal before purchasing. We only ship with USPS,
UPS,FedEx, or DHL.
International Bidders:
If your address is not translated in eBay or you do not contact us
with a translated address on the day of purchase, your order may be subject to
cancellation.
We will ONLY consider shipping on a buyer account under the
following conditions: It must be with UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. An account number and
address are provided prior to purchase, as we need time to verify that the
shipping account is in good standing and acceptable by the carrier.

Our customer support is available 8:00AM - 5PM Monday –
Friday. Please contact us through eBay messages and we will do our best
to get back to you immediately, but in some cases, may take up to 2 business
days. Please note that you will not receive a response after business hours.
International Buyers:
We welcome international bidders, but suggest you contact us for a
shipping quote, as we will only ship via Express Mail International, which is
more costly, but gives us confirmation upon deliver, for bidders with low
feedback or any items over 100usd. We apologize for this inconvenience, but due
to the number of scammers we have encountered over the years, we have no other
options. Please keep in mind customs fees will be the responsibility of the
buyer and vary depending on value and country.Also, be sure to request a
shipping quote before purchasing an item.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted in accordance with our return policy.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of items and will be credited within
3 Business days so long as items are un-tampered with or damaged occurring from
improper installation or use. Please do not attempt to open any units as
refunds will not be accepted for items that have been internally opened,
electrically altered, or any other alterations of which indicates parts being
removed or swapped. If you have a problem with an item, please contact us first,
as opening cases just further delays the process.
