Full size Medal Ribbon in 10 inch lengths but also available in longer lengths base od multiples of 10 inches. This is  the modern ribban made of a polyester and cotton mix (so I am told by a fabric expert)

This medal was established in 1831 and remains in use today.The ribbon like the medal has undergone changes over the years and the Royal Navy  refers to the His Majesty King Charles III Navy
