Instructions:
1. The water filling level in the pot is preferably at the concave arc of the red line
2. After the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and keep the water from boiling.
3. After drying the egg steamer to remove the moisture, apply a layer of oil evenly on the bottom and sides of the inside.
4. First fit the bottom of the egg cooker to the water surface
5. Place the eggs into the three-compartment egg steamer
6. Slowly move the egg steamer close to the bottom of the pot to prevent water from splashing into the eggs.
7. Close the lid and steam for 3 to 4 minutes.
8. When the hot spring egg is ready, please note that the handle is hot and take it out with a towel. Pull the spring handle and use a knife to assist in taking out the egg.
