This is a vintage Hammered Silver Plate Cocktail Pourer /Pitcher with Floral Design made by Bernard Rice and Sons . It is also marked on the bottom Apollo EPNS. It is 12 1/2" tall to the top of the lid . It has tarnish and the inside of the lid has a cork stopper which has shrunk so the lid does not stay on tight , the cork can be replaced .
