Counter Terrorism Exercise 2013 Asean Defence Ministers Meeting Plus Cap Hat

The plastic (I think that's what it is) inside the bill has cracked into lots of pieces.  Because of this, the bill is rather floppy.  There are no tags on the inside of the cap.  Please see pictures.

The cap is black with embroidery on the front, both sides, and back.

The back has an adjustable hook and loop closure.
