These finely made early 20th c. brass headed bolts with lobed steel plates for stabilizing/leveling Vienna regulator cases show some rust and need some oiling. They have threaded shafts app. 3/4" to 1 1/4" long with 1/2" heads and the plates are app. 1 5/8" tall x 3/8" wide.
