Simply remove your steering wheel, align this onto the splines, then torque down per factory specs.
This is the hub adapter which is chassis specific to your steering column. This will allow you to bolt down any 6 bolt steering wheel [3 high, 3 low]
You can also add a quick release setup to this hub to allow the steering wheel to be detachable for security or race car reasons.

IMPORTANT - MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Short hubs were designed for use with a quick release system. It is recommended to be used together. The reason it is a "short hub" is so that once coupled with a quick release, it will put a non-concave steering wheel in a close to factory steering wheel position.
You can use a NRG short hub as a standalone hub unit, but you might face issues due to it being short. Your hands might touch the wiper or turn signal levers while turning. The horn button might not have enough clearance from the steering column spline so now you will need a spacer or quick release for the proper positioning.
If you do NOT want the features of a short hub, you should buy a non-short hub from another manufacturer. If you use a quick release with a non-short hub, your steering wheel will be extremely close to your chest once installed. It is NOT advised unless you specifically are looking for that type of positioning.
