Postage/Delivery

Standard UK Mainland Delivery is FREE with every order, for our standard delivery service we use Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We aim to process and dispatch our orders within one working day of the order being placed. However, during busy periods this may increase.

As soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

Providing a mobile telephone number will enable you to receive sms updates from the courier regarding your delivery.

Returns

We know that occasionally you may want to return an item so below are instructions on how to do so.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement*. Products must be returned unused in the original packaging with seals intact where appropriate. Please note we will not accept a return for a refund or replacement if the item has been used or is not returned to us in its original condition. If a product is returned to us in a non-resalable condition a 25% disposal charge will be made and this will be calculated from the cost of the product.

When returning the goods please let us have your name address and order number stating on the invoice or a note detailing the reason for return and your preference of a refund or replacement.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind you will be responsible for the return postage cost. However, if upon receipt an item is incorrect or faulty (excluding packaging) please do not worry. Contact our Customer Service department and we will be delighted to provide a freepost return label (UK customers only). For international returns the postage cost will be paid by the customer and will be refunded on receipt of the return. (Please note photographic evidence may be required to support a claim).

We recommend you obtain a receipt from the post office when returning an item as the parcel may get lost in transit the receipt will then be used as proof of postage. If you do not have proof of postage and the parcel does go missing in transit unfortunately this is not our responsibility, and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

All returned goods will be refunded or exchanged providing they have not been used or damaged (excluding packaging) within 2 working days of receiving the return. If it is not clearly stated whether a refund or replacement is preferred a refund will automatically be issued.

*If you would like a replacement for your product, we will send this by return. If no stock is available, we will refund returned items via your original method of payment.
