This highly carved Renaissance revival cabinet is from France and it dates to the late 1800's. The cabinet is made from solid oak and finished to a warm dark color. The glass door makes it very practical as a bookcase or display cabinet. The woodcarving is extensive throughout the entire piece, and very deep. It comes with a key and the lock works as it should. Overall this cabinet is in very good antique condition. Note that there are chips, scratches and large cracks in the top that are typical of antiques (see photos). Dimensions: 47" high, 36.75" wide and 16.75" deep.
