Note: 1 Glass has, for lack of a better word, flaking near the stem. You can feel it on the outside, but can not feel it on the inside. I'm assuming this was a factor second as it appears to have happened during the glass making process. 

The other glass is in excellent condition. These were bought for resale, I have no information other than what I have provided.
