Shipping any item more than 1 lbs to APO, RPO address may subject to additions shipping charge. 

Shipping any item more than 1 lbs to HI, PR, AK, VI, Guam may subject to additional shipping charge.

All International orders are processed through eBay global shipping center in U.S. Once the order is delivered to shipping center in U.S., we will not be responsible for the shipping process from shipping center in U.S. to your foreign address.

We accept return and refund for defective or damaged items. The serial number on the returning item must match the item we sent.  Non-defective items MUST be new, unopened and unused condition for full refund.  Otherwise, restocking fee may apply based on the eBay return policy.

We will make a replacement or credit depending on current inventory or customer request.

You must open return case in eBay before returning any item.
