A new lineup of Suzuki chromatic harmonicas. As the name suggests, Suzuki has added tremolo resonance to the traditional slide-type full chromatic. As you would expect from a harmonica manufacturer that prides itself in Japan. These instruments reflect the voices of various harpists.

The harmonica that has been popular in Japan for a long time is the double-tone harmonica, but the blowing comfort is so different between the double-tone harmonica and the chromatic harmonica that they can be considered two different things. Therefore, if you play a double-tone harmonica and are attracted to a double-tone harmonica that produces all the notes, you will be troubled by the difficulty of producing the notes on this product. The slide-type full chromatic is based on the chromatic harmonica, so it is not a "double-tone harmonica that plays all keys. The construction of a harmonica is different, and there are differences in the way the notes are produced, the way they are played, and the sequence of notes. Please check the harmonica you are looking for before purchasing.

We have said that tremolo harmonicas and chromatic harmonicas have different structures, but why were these two instruments with different structures created together?

The tremolo tone is produced by the trembling of the two reeds. In order to produce a stable and clean sound, the two reeds must be sounded in a separate and separated space. However, if you simply use two chromatic reeds or two harmonica reeds stacked on top of each other as a tremolo, the harmonica will become large and rugged, making it difficult to play.

As an instrument that can be easily played by chromatic harmonica players, it must be as easy to operate as a single-note slide-type chromatic. The compactness and ease of playing must be maintained, and a beautiful tremolo tone must be achieved.

To address this problem, tremolo reeds are connected back and forth, rather than stacked vertically. However, since the tremolo is not stable with the reeds buffered as they are, the reeds are placed diagonally rather than vertically to partition the flute chamber between the fundamental and tremolo reeds.

However, the size of a chromatic harmonica cannot accommodate this reed arrangement. It is shaped like a piano, but this form is inevitable and unique to this sliding tremolo chromatic harmonica, as the base and tremolo reeds needed to be as close as possible to stabilize the tremolo, a design that was inevitable.

The harmonica is made into a prototype model by shaving the wood and checking the ease of holding and the sound of the sound until a single product is created. Even after the shape is determined, it is very difficult to create the mold, but recently, cutting-edge technologies such as 3D CAD have made it possible to create this streamlined curved surface design.

Although the product is a bit expensive, it has a tone and shape that has never existed before. This harmonica was born thanks to the great efforts and enthusiasm of many developers and related people, as well as Japan's advanced harmonica manufacturing technology. Please listen to the soft sound produced by this beautifully shaped harmonica.

It comes with a very firm and sturdy case.
