What an amazing piece of the past.Clancy stands an impressive 20" tall.He is missing his battery cover as you can see and does not appear to be working..So Clancy is looking for a talented hand out there to restore him to his original glory..He has no chips or cracks his wheels spun freely and his arms move up and down with ease.
