Instructions:
1. Use double-sided tape to temporarily fix the vertical ruler on the packaging reference line.
2. Cut the mouth of the low-bleaching gel instant glue bottle open and drop it on the middle of the vertical ruler.
3. Glue the horizontal ruler to the vertical ruler along the vertical direction of the reference line to complete the assembly.
4. Put the vertical ruler on the outer side of the rubber plate, clamp the edge, and press the horizontal ruler on the rubber plate to start measuring and cutting.
