Item is Pre-owned and shows signs of wear. In fair condition. The dollhouse opens and closes just fine. Some of the doors open. Most decals are still here. I did notice one tiny chip (pictured). Some plastic is discolored. May have scratches, scuffs, marks, ect... comes exactly as shown. Comes with only what is pictured.
