New-old stock, stamped brass, chrome plated bow flag pole base/socket for older classic wood or fiberglass boat like Century, Chris Craft, Glen L.  Not sure if this was original to any specific make or model but could be used on any boat.  

Measures 3" long, by 2-3/8" wide at widest point and roughly 1-5/8" tall.  Has a 5/8" hole for a wood or metal flag pole.  Pole would be angled at roughly 45 degrees.  

Has 3 holes for mounting to the deck and there is a small hole for a small screw to hold the pole in the tube.

Chrome is in very good shiny condition BUT WILL HAVE minor scuffs from shelf wear and being moved about and handled thru the years.
