To make sure something will fit, take measurements from a piece of clothing that fits you well and use those measurements to compare. If you use your personal actual measurements, you should always figure needing two inches extra for breathing room.

Fabric is a stiff and formal feeling rayon. It has a slightly raised texture. The raised texture is matte and the base material is more satin. This dress is unlined.

Condition

No stains, holes, or tears. It has its original factory sewn hem.  The zipper is fully functional, I didn't want to force it.

Gay Gibson was not a real person. It was a made up name from one of the Kansas City clothing manufacturers. I always like to see the Gay Gibson label. The designers for the label were always on trend and stylish. I like the sculptural qualities of this dress. The formal fabric creates shapes and the pattern creates interest.
