Our standard production time is from 4-7 days on standard items.After ship out, Please consider weekends and holidays Orders are not shipped or delivered.
Exchange/Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days and ship back items within 14 days after receiving the item and we will give you the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
‣Returns will incur a 10% cancellation fee for any materials that have been used or ordered shipping costs, handling, listing and Etsy transactions expenses.
We will NOT authorize or accept returns/exchanges of any kind for the following items:

- Necklaces; 15" and under

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.
Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry?s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.
