I have played this record and in my opinion the item is in:

 

VERY GOOD CONDITION: Sleeve has wear and tear including ring wear, a seam split and sticker residue and vinyl has some very slight surface marks. Vinyl shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. There is a stamp on the label.
