This impressive pair of cast copper alloy seated ancestral/king and Queen statues date to the middle 1970's-middle 1980's and have excellent details and warm natural patina.  Measuring 12" tall and 11 1/2" tall (from soles of feet to top of head) they hold objects of prestige and display wonderful ethnic adornment, GREAT hair and traditional scarification.  The quality of the casting is exceptional with minimal flaws and they come with the nicely finished  laminate block on whick they have been displayed the last 35+ years.  You must shim the front of the block slightly to get both figures to sit stably.
