A pair of flame mahogany William L Maclean bedside tables Circa 1960s.

Desirable mid century furniture maker "William L Maclean" was popularly known for furnishing the Houses of Parliament and the QE2. These bedside tables come with Provenance having spent their whole life under the ownership of "The Grand Hotel" in Brighton.

Both tables are clean and presentable suitable for immediate use however they would almost certainly benefit from some restoration and attention. Both tables have suffered from various chips, knocks and scratches. Both have substantial veneer lifting from the table tops

The right table has suffered a damage with a portion of the top of the broken away. This is mostly visible when the draw is pulled out.

The left draw has suffered a considerable damage to the front right corner.

Please kindly study the photos and form your own opinion on condition. These bedside tables are by no means prestine however do still present well and retain their mid century charm.

Circa: 1960s-1970's.

Depth: 47cm

Width: 51cm
