Swanx Collectibles is an independently owned and operated collectable trading platform based in Toronto, Canada.

Shipping

Each slab is placed in a clear plastic sleeve and secured on both sides with cardboard. Thin painter’s tape is used for easy removal of the cardboard. Once protected, the slabs are placed in a padded mailer along with a packing slip. Tracking is included in the cost of shipping to ensure a safe and secure delivery. The environment is strongly considered when selecting shipping materials. We aim to avoid plastics and styrofoam.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available and works incrementally in increments of $1. For instance, if you win three auctions and request combined shipping the cost of shipping would be the initial shipping charge + $1 + $1. To receive combined shipping, please send Swanx Collectibles a message within 24 hours of winning your auction. Combined shipping is for auctions won over a 24-hour period.

Payment

Swanx Collectibles utilizes eBay’s managed payments system. If you are experiencing difficulties making a payment, please contact eBay for assistance. If duties are owed on an item, eBay reserves the right to charge duties/import fees upon checkout.

Trust and Integrity

Shill bidding is prohibited on Swanx Collectibles Auctions. If we determine a bidder is operating outside of eBay’s guidelines, we may choose to cancel their bids, permanently block them from purchasing from Swanx Collectibles, and report them to eBay. Shill bidding is also illegal in many places and can carry severe penalties.
