Triple Toggle Switchplate - Spiral Fossil Marble

This item was handcrafted from “Spiral Fossil Marble”, a crystalline limestone filled with gastropod fossils from the Paleocene Period. This 15 to 40 million-year-old limestone was formed in the Tethys Seaway of Pangea and up-thrust when the Indian plate pushed under the Asian Continent to form the Himalayas and the Tibetan Plateau. All the colors and patterns are completely natural in the stone.

 * Size:  These plates measure about 7.25" x 5.25" overall. Because each plate is individually handmade there can be some slight variance in the dimensions.
