This item is an in package WWF Jakks figure of former WWF WWE Puerto Rico and current MLW Wrestling star Savio Vega.  He was produced in 1998 by Jakks Pacific as part of Special Edition Series 2 that was a KB toy store exclusive.  The card is in good condition with only minor wear to the edges and corners as can be seen in the photos.  Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
