This is a shop sealed Limited Edition Advertising M&M sweet Dispenser "Baseball".  Made by Mars USA. It does not have a manufacturers date, but I think it was released in the late 1990's. The packaging is in excellent condition & has never been opened.  The contents appear to be in mint condition. It still has the chocolate (way out of date now).
