Author Biography

Nicole Dvorak, RDN, CNSC is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician who has practiced in the field of dietetics for over 10 years. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics from Montclair State University, and continued on there to complete her dietetic internship. Nicole is currently completing her Master's degree in Human Nutrition through the University of Alabama while working full time as a critical care dietitian. In her spare time she enjoys traveling (especially for the food!), yoga, rock climbing, kayaking, and hanging out with her husband and dog.
