1990 Boxscore Enterprises MLB Prototypes

In 1990 Boxscore Enterprises produced a Very Rare Minor League team set for the Appleton Foxes.

Around the same time they also produced a 10 card MLB Promotional set with the hopes of producing cards for Major League Baseball.

Their efforts failed but their Promo cards remain one of the rarest card issues ever produced in the 1990's. Very few copies of any of them are known to exist.

I was able to finally find a complete set & verify all 10 cards that exist!

The 10 Promo cards in the set are:

#12 Bret Saberhagen Kansas City Royals "1989 All Big League"

#31 Baltimore Orioles Team Card - The photo on the front is actually of the the Appleton Foxes which is likely the only team photo they had at the time & was used to show what their MLB Team Cards would look like.         The card back does have the complete 1989 Orioles Pitching Stats including Curt Schilling & Batting Leaders including Cal Ripken Jr.
