This is a really nice example of a very rare early Mitsumi CD-ROM drive from 1993!

These drives are very unique as they utilize a special drawer loading mechanism. The drive is in very good cosmetic condition and is super clean on the inside. The front panel shows no yellowing and only a tiny bit on the sides of the drawer. There is a minor scuff on the left hand side of the drive fascia. The original ISA controller card is included, as is the ribbon cable.

This drive is sold AS-IS, though in excellent condition. I am a vintage computer collector but mainly focus on 16/32 Atari and Amiga hardware and don’t have the equipment to fully test this drive.
