Payment is expected within 7 days after the close of the auction or your first store purchase. 

SHIPPING: I will ship anywhere in the world. Buyers pay shipping costs as calculated by the online tool. SAVE MONEY WITH COMBINED SHIPPING! I will combine shipments to save postage costs if you purchase multiple items. If possible, please wait for me to send a combined invoice.  Otherwise, I will refund the postage over payment when I process your shipment.

I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment.

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you purchase more than one item, I will happily ship them together to save postage costs. However, you should wait for me to send you a combined invoice. Ebay's checkout process will not properly calculate the combined shipping. You can request a combined invoice, or I will send one automatically within 24 hours of your last purchase.

TRACKING: Delivery Confirmation is included on all domestic shipments. Electronic Delivery Confirmation is now available to the many countries. For all other countries, the Customs Form number will be provided, but tracking this way is limited. All tracking information is automatically loaded to Ebay.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees associated with their purchase. I will not falsify the customs statement on the package. Be aware that Customs processing may also cause a delay in you receiving the package. This is outside of my control.

COMPLETENESS: All kits are guaranteed to be complete unless specified otherwise in the listing. We check each kit carefully against Bricklink inventories and build them to verify completeness. All of our kits are shipped, unbuilt, in ziplock bags to ensure that no parts are lost during shipping. However, mistakes do happen. If any parts are found to be missing when you get the kit, please let me know and we will attempt to resolve the issue. Original boxes and/or storage containers are NOT included unless specifically stated otherwise.

FUNCTIONAL EQUIVALENCE: Please note that over the years Lego has produced some variations in the way they produced certain parts. Similarly, the very early pieces had "Pat Pend" printed on the pieces. As long as these differences do not affect the functioning or construction of the kit, we do NOT pay attention to these differences when assembling kits. So we do not guarantee that the parts used in the kits are the exact same vintage as was used when the kit was originally released. We do, however, guarantee that the parts we use will function in the same way as the originals.

CONDITION: All parts are generally in very good to excellent condition. There are no broken or severely discolored pieces. However, condition grading is a matter of judgement and the kits are used unless otherwise stated. Some minor scratches and slight discoloration may be present on some of the pieces. The kits are sold AS IS.

All kits come from a smoke-free, pet-free house.
