All of the pieces and installation instructions are included. We have attempted to install it but were not successful, so it has not been used. All water connections were made. However, no water came out of the spout. We do not know why. Perhaps it was a simple error we made in installation. Perhaps something is blocked. We have not attempted to fix it and have not removed anything or tried to service it in any way. If you purchase this, please be aware of this. You are buying this at your own risk.
