This listing is for a Pendleton "Turnabout" reversible wool pleated skirt. It is pre owned in very good condition for its age- light wear and one small flaw that I was able to find. On the band where it buttons, there is one small moth hole. The strip that buttons does cover it. This is pictured, please see the photos!

Wast: 23" 

Length: 25"

Hips (taken at part of skirt right before the pleats flare out): 16" taken straight across, not doubled. This number increases as the skirt flares.
