This is super rare! It's a rackmount unit that can do Delay, Echo, Chorus, and Modulation Effects. 

They were only made from 1989 to 1992 in Zhitomir, Ukraine, by hand, and there weren't many made. Basically, it was the Soviet version of fancy effects processors made by Western brands, because back in the 80s, Soviet Union didn't make stuff like this.

But the bad news is that it's unfortunately non-functional. 

When powered on, input/output controls work, there are clean direct input singlna, but no any delay sound activated.
I haven't attempted any repairs myself, all the boards and components are in their proper places.

I've objectively set a very low price, and for an audio enthusiast, it could definitely be an adventure to repair and acquire such a rare piece for their collection.
