Overall, book in acceptable condition.  Cover wear to corners, edges, & spine.  Spine writing faded.  Pages tanned from age.  Page edges appear to be gilded.  Staining along top page edge. Foxing present.  Front end paper has tear to bottom corner.  Personal writing inside both covers.  in Bookseller noted on inside cover.  Binding intact, but loose on dedication page.  See photos for details.
