    If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased just send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. To get a return label, please contact us to generate a label for you. Please be aware that we are only able to provide free returns within the 48 continental United States.


    Before requesting a return label or returning an item, please review our return policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. As a precaution, please keep Proof of Postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • We currently do not have an exchange program.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Riverside office location or at our shipping location.
  • Any items clearly stated clearance, are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for refund.
  • Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2-3 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge. If you purchase the item with "Free Shipping", actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund payment.
