Up for purchase is a Chondrometer’ it is a measuring instrument designed to determine the bulk density of grain, like corn, barley, seeds and more I’m sure. The scale works and looks to be in great condition. I did polish a little bit where wording is so I could get good pictures off. Also on the top of sliding weight there are dents in the brass for what reason anyone would put there I don’t know. The box is good condition with one end having a crack from opening the lid. The hinges are in great shape and work properly. The box also has a key locking mechanism but no key found.
