Not Happy with your Item?

 RETURNS THAT ARE NOT OUR FAULT (UNWANTED GOODS) Returns that are customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 14 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund then will be the final eBay price before the postage charge). RETURNS THAT ARE OUR FAULT (WRONG ITEM / FAULTY ITEM) Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. All returned Items should be in their Original condition Free of Odour or smell of any sort and also soiled free eg lipstick, foundation powder etc.
