Here's an interesting Bestle Dutch liquor vintage mid 1900s bottle that is shaped like an early Dutch Onion or Mallet bottle from the early 1700s. An empty bottle with no contents as you can plainly see in pics. You are only buying the ONE labeled bottle on the right; the original 1730s Dutch onion bottle is only shown for comparison...it has a working music box in the sunken bottom of bottle that plays "Happy Birthday" song when wound up. A little pin pushed up or down turns the music on.....The bottle has BESTLE emb at base. All 4 of its original labels with cork stopper!....CHERRY BESTLE...DANISH CHERRY LIQUEUR 1 PINT GEORG BESTLE COPENHAGEN ...etc...IMPORTED BY STANDARD WINE & LIQUOR CO. LONG ISLAND CITY,NY ...Neck label reads GEORG BESTLE ESTABLISHED 1730 COPENHAGEN, DENMARK....also has Rhode Island tax stamp etc......machine made...cork top ring collar with cork & wood stopper....pretty green glass....round "onion" or mallet shape...7"tall....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. This is an empty bottle. It is a mid 1900s bottle that was made to look just like the first bottles used by Bestle in the 1730s.....
