Leica E-54 Rotating Polarizing Filter 13359 54mm

Selling this Leica Polarizing Filter 54mm model 13359.  This filter is made in Germany. This only minor issue with this filter is there is some dirt along the outer edges of the filter. The center of the filter as I can see looks good. This is being Sold As-Is and not perfect. Please see my photos for exact condition.
