It has two modes:
1. When the frequency is less than 1 hour, after you set everything and it will work after a cycle frequency no matter what the start time is.
for example, you can set the current time: 12:00 start time: 12:02, how often: 1 min, how long: 10s，it will work 10s after 1 minute
2. When the frequency is 1hour or above, it will work according to the start time, please understand it
for example, you can set the current time: 12:00 start time: 12:02, how often: 1h, how long: 10s, it will begin working 10s on 12:02
