This is a publication by California Chess Bulletins of Oakland California from 1980.
It is a booklet of notations for matches played in the 1980 US Invitational Chess Championship held in Greenville, PA at Thiel College in June of that year.
Produced using good ole xerox technology, it is "printed/copied" onto light blue paper with a heavier blue paper front and back covers. Then it was staple bound.
The booklet has been stored away with other chess bulletins (see other listings) from many years. This is an original publication, not a current copy that has just been re-produced.
There is a little discoloration on the edges from time and dust with some small corner bending.
