My mother sewed this beautiful dress for my costume for my senior play in highschool. It is made to be worn with a puffy slip underneath or a hoopskirts underneath. (I wore if for our performances with a puffy slip that made it look like a lovely ball gown.) It comes with a matcha bonnet too! It measures 38 inch bust, 34 inch waist, 8-9 inches from collar to shoulder, and 40 inches from waist to floor.
