Delivery

We use DHL or other couriers for UK mainland next working day delivery and Royal Mail, all our items will be well packed and dispatched as fast as possible.

Collections

Same day collection is available from our store in Telford; however, you will be required to purchase the item through eBay first as per eBay’s policy.

Non-UK Bidders

We now offer international deliveries through the eBay global shipping program, available in many countries a service by which we ship your item to a local eBay Global Shipping centre, eBay then arranges to deliver the goods to your non-UK address. Please see the eBay Global shipping page for full terms and note delivery time from the global shipping centre is suggested to be 1 week.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions, and they require a waiting time of 15 working days for the UK, 28 working days for the EU Please note Saturday and Sunday are not working days. For other couriers, please contact us.

We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately, we cannot take any action until this time has passed. If you choose not to comply with our rules and peruse a refund by other means, regrettably you will be reported to eBay and unable to make any future purchases through our eBay store.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will not refund you these costs. Please return goods via recorded delivery only. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. If you are returning a very expensive item, we advise you to send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are adequately covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit. In the case, a buyer fails to accept delivery of the item and it is sent back to us, they will be responsible for the added cost of re-shipping the item.
