Cumberland Jack token in reasonable condition. Please see photos.

These Tokens with the words "To Hanover" are known as Cumberland Jacks. They were produced as satirical counters. When Victoria was crowned she couldn't take up the role of King of Hanover as women were not allowed to take on the title. Her uncle the Duke of Cumberland was sent to Hanover instead. He was very unpopular and the tokens were made to 'celebrate' his departure. They were produced from 1837 for the next few decades and were made illegal in 1883.
