This lovely small platter/plate is from the Paden City Pottery Company founded in 1914 in West Virginia.  PCP was in business from 1914 to 1963.  They are known for their floral pattern that was used and reused on many of their designs.  Also for their 22kt gold trims and embellishments.  I couldn't find the name of this exact pattern, but I think it might be somewhat rare.

Soft cream color background, with a hand painted deep rust color band.  Stenciled gold embellishments, and hand painted 22kt gold trim.  Lovely piece!

The only flaws I could find is a small scratch on the rust trim and some wear to the gold trim.  There is a manufacture glaze pop on the back.  I have pics of those in my photos.  But they definitely don't take away from the beauty of this piece.  A wonderful addition to any collector's china cabinet!
