Not pure white as most are found to be.  Top and side have a light tan color in the china.  

Decorated with lavender roses and gold trim.  Gold toned trim  around the bottom part of the lid and around the lower part of the bottom of the trinket box.

Hinge band at the top of the bottom section and the band on the lid are brass.  

Gold toned painted leaves on the lid and sides show well. In excellent condition. 

The LEFTON sticker and product number are clearly visible on the bottom of the trinket box.
